Ajay Kumar, a local resident, noted, “Even as weather had turned cold after recent rains but conditions are warming up in the city.” He further remarked on the shifting temperatures, stating, “Although I had packed away my winter clothes after the warm spell in the first half of March, I have now taken them out again and am wearing a sweatshirt during the day instead of the cotton shirts I had been using for about fifteen days earlier this month.”
